FAQ's

1. When will I receive my order?
Orders are usually delivered 2-5 days after payment has been received. If you live in an outlying area your order may take up to 7 days to be delivered.
2. I saw something I wanted to buy but now it's sold out! Help!
Don't worry! We've been there - waiting for payday only to find out what you wanted is sold out. To find out about restocks you can email hello@chirpychix.co.za and we'll get back to you. Otherwise if you haven't already joined our subscriber list, you're more than welcome to enter your details and be the first to know when new stock drops

3. What is the shipping cost?
A standard shipping rate of R99 per order applies. 

4. Can I exchange my item for a different size?
Yes, items that are still in their original, unused condition can be exchanged for a different size or product within 14 days. Customers will be responsible for the shipping cost of delivering the original package back to one of our store locations. As soon as we receive this item, Chirpy Chix will send you the new item. Alternatively, clients can arrange for a size exchange at our store located at Castle Gate Shopping Centre - no shipping fee will be applicable if the exchange is made at our store.
If you are unable to find something to exchange your item for, we are more than happy to arrange a refund via EFT or store credit via a gift card. Refunds and exchanges will only be made once we have received the item. 

5. Is it safe to enter my credit card details on your site?
We make use of the PayFlex payment interface. PayFlex has many automated and manual checks in place to protect both buyers and sellers from fraudulent transactions.

6. Are there other payment methods if I’m not comfortable making payment through the online store?
Yes, you are welcome to make an EFT payment into our bank account. Please send the proof of payment to info@chirpychix.co.za and use your order number as a reference
