Orders are usually delivered 2-5 days after payment has been received. If you live in an outlying area your order may take up to 7 days to be delivered.
3. What is the shipping cost?
A standard shipping rate of R99 per order applies.
4. Can I exchange my item for a different size?
Yes, items that are still in their original, unused condition can be exchanged for a different size or product within 14 days. Customers will be responsible for the shipping cost of delivering the original package back to one of our store locations. As soon as we receive this item, Chirpy Chix will send you the new item. Alternatively, clients can arrange for a size exchange at our store located at Castle Gate Shopping Centre - no shipping fee will be applicable if the exchange is made at our store.
5. Is it safe to enter my credit card details on your site?
We make use of the PayFast payment interface. PayFast has many automated and manual checks in place to protect both buyers and sellers from fraudulent transactions.
6. Are there other payment methods if I’m not comfortable making payment through the online store?
Yes, you are welcome to make an EFT payment into our bank account. Please send the proof of payment to email@example.com and use your order number as a reference
